Who does 701 Cleaning hire to clean my home?

We perform background checks and conduct a strenuous screening process when we hire all of our employees. Each client is served by our highly trained cleaning staff.

What should I do before my professional cleaner arrives?

To ensure the best quality work and efficiency, we ask all toys, clothing, and miscellaneous items are picked up off the floor before our team arrives. If possible, to make the process smoother, we also ask that your furry friends/pets be put away so they feel comfortable while we service your home.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

Absolutely not. Since we work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, the majority of our clients aren't home when we arrive. In this case, our cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code. It's okay if you do work from home and we will be sure to not interrupt you.

How do I know when my cleaners will arrive?

When you schedule services with 701 Cleaning, we'll give you an arrival timeframe of a couple of hours. Because we provide clients with the individualized attention they deserve, we're unable to give an exact time of arrival, however, we do our best to make sure our service doesn't interfere with your schedule. We will make sure to send you email and text message reminders of your upcoming cleaning so you won't forget!

What if something is missed?

We want you to be happy so we make sure your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first walk-through and consultation, we create a customized cleaning plan that suits your specifications. However, we do know perfection is not always possible, so we are happy to fix any mistakes at no cost to you when you contact us within 24 hours of your service.

What do you not clean?

We don't typically:

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter
  • Do laundry
  • Wash dishes
  • Clean up Kitty litter/dog waste
  • Do Carpet cleaning
  • Do power washing

Do I need to provide my own cleaning products or will your team use their own?

We provide our own cleaning supplies unless you have some you'd prefer we use when we ask you leave our cleaners a note with specific instructions on how and where to use them.

Eco-friendly products are available upon request.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning service?

We understand life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we ask you to call at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your set price. We want honor our employees time commitments with payment since late cancelations are not their fault and it does not give them time to have a new appointment booked in its place.

What if my cleaning service falls on a holiday?

We plan ahead and contact you to see if you would like a cleaning service on a different day.

How much do your cleaning services cost?

Since each client's needs vary, our typical process is to offer you a free cleaning consultation. Based on your specific needs, the size of your home or business and the condition it's in, and overhead costs we will then formulate an estimate to get your home up to our standards.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards. This cuts down the costs of service fees that normal digital payment options require.

We use a secure payment portal that protects your digital information. If another form of payment is preferred, we can discuss other options.
